On January 3, EVE Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "EVE Energy") successfully held a signing ceremony with the Yunnan Branch of PowerChina Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "Yunnan Branch"), marking the beginning of a nationwide energy storage project collaboration between the two parties. Leaders attending the ceremony included Chen Jilin, General Manager of the Yunnan Branch, Peng Xiaodong, Deputy General Manager of the Yunnan Branch, Li Mufen, Vice President of EVE Energy, and Zhang Jialiang, General Manager of EVE Power's Domestic Marketing Center.
PowerChina Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. is the sole power generation enterprise under the Power Construction Corporation of China (PowerChina) engaged in domestic investments and operations in the new energy field. It is a group company established by PowerChina to drive the high-quality and leapfrog development of the new energy sector. It also serves as a cornerstone of PowerChina to support the national energy security strategy and the "Dual Carbon" goals. The Yunnan Branch is one of the 16 regional (provincial) companies opened by PowerChina Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. throughout the country. It currently operates and maintains 26 power plants (projects), with a total installed capacity of 1,747,900 kW. Among them, there are five wind farms with a total installed capacity of 836,750 kW and 21 photovoltaic plants with a total installed capacity of 911,150 kW.
