On December 24, the unveiling ceremony of EVE Energy's regional headquarters in East China was successfully held. The regional headquarters is located at Jiangsu EVE-Linyang Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "EVE-Linyang"). The ceremony was attended by Song Haihua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Qidong Economic Development Zone in Jiangsu Province; Gao Feng, Deputy Director of the Management Committee; Wang Jun, President of AlphaESS; Liu Jianhua, President of EVE Energy; Huang Weiyan and Zhu Yanchun, Senior Vice Presidents; Li Mufen and Steven Chen, Vice Presidents; and Dr. Huang Hongliang, General Manager of the regional headquarters in East China.
Unveiling the East China regional headquarters is an essential step for EVE Energy to take the lead in the market in a new industry cycle. Liu Jincheng, Chairman of EVE Energy, stated, "Improving capabilities relies on organizational development. The completion and use of the regional headquarters is a crucial move for our company's strategic development, helping the company to achieve better sales and provide more services in the regional market. It will support us in making greater achievements in regional market development, becoming a key element in expanding our brand influence, and taking a significant and solid step towards becoming a leading enterprise. EVE-Linyang is a joint venture established by EVE Energy Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Linyang Energy Co., Ltd. in August 2021. It has built a 10 GWh energy storage battery project in the Qidong Economic Development Zone. The project commenced in January 2022 and was completed and put into operation on November 18, 2022. It is EVE Energy's first large-scale production base targeted at the East China market. The total investment of the Phase I project is RMB 3 billion, with equipment investment of RMB 1 billion. It covers an area of 203 mu (135,333.33 square meters), with a building area of 175,000 square meters. It is expected to have three 10 PPM high-speed fully automated production lines and achieve an annual production capacity of 10 GWh lithium iron phosphate batteries.
After the unveiling ceremony, EVE Energy will establish a strong presence in East China by leveraging its competitive advantages in energy storage technologies and resources. This aims to enhance EVE Energy's market influence and core competitiveness, facilitate the high-quality development of renewable energy, and build a green future with all industry players.
