Mr. Flagship Series Setting New Trends
Among the highlights of the exhibition, EVE Energy's "Mr. Big" super-large cell and its minimalist, integrated 5MWh energy storage system—dubbed "Mr. Giant"—garnered significant attention, with numerous visitors stopping by for demonstrations and consultations.
Super-large cell, ultra-high energy efficiency. The capacity of the "Mr. Big" super-large cell has been upgraded from 560Ah to 628Ah, setting an industry benchmark for large-capacity batteries. A single cell boasts an impressive 2.009 kWh of energy, an ultra-long cycle life of over 12,000 cycles, and a high energy efficiency of 96%. This ultra-large cell is minimally integrated into the 5 MWh energy storage system known as Mr. Giant. With an optimized system overflow design, system loss is reduced by 1%, resulting in an energy efficiency of 95.5%. Over its full life cycle, the operating income is increased by RMB 3.6 million.
Minimalist integration, smart use. "Mr. Giant" energy storage system offers a one-stop integrated solution. Standard 20-foot containers can be transported as a complete unit and connected to the grid for immediate commissioning upon installation. The system supports A/B cabinets with four combined units, allowing for a more flexible station design that can save up to 25% of floor space. The use of super-large cells lowers the number of maintenance and vulnerable parts by 50% and reduces the labor costs for full life cycle maintenance by 30%. Cell-level intelligent sensing technology provides accurate safety management to cell level and one-screen cloud diagnosis.
Multi-dimensional safety, comprehensive protection. EVE Energy has established a high-voltage safety management system specifically tailored for energy storage solutions. By implementing comprehensive safety control measures—spanning failure analysis, design and development, production, and manufacturing—the company ensures that each cell is intrinsically safe. Additionally, EVE Energy has developed a multi-tiered fire protection strategy and electrical safety protocols to conduct end-to-end safety verification, thereby providing multi-dimensional safeguarding of the entire system.
