On June 14-16, the SMARTER E EUROPE 2023, organized by the German Solar Industry Alliance, was grandly opened in Munich, Germany. Ltd. EVE held the "Next Generation ESS Cell for TWh -LF560K" themed new product launch on site. At the event, Powin and American Battery Solutions (ABS), the world's leading energy storage solutions provider, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with EVE, reaching a total strategic cooperation of 23GWh.
During the "Next Generation ESS Cell for TWh -LF560K" themed new product launch, Mr. Steven Chen, CEO of EVE Energy Storage, delivered a speech for the launch, expressing his bright vision for the industry and his firm determination to build a green future together. Mr. Oscar Chan, General Manager of EVE Energy Storage's International Sales & Marketing Center , elaborated the industry background and technical advantages of LF560K for European customers. He mentioned that the global energy storage market will maintain high growth, and the total demand is expected to reach 2300GWh in the year of 2022 to 2027, and the TWh era will come around 2030. Following the development trend, EVE innovated and developed "Mr big" LFP LF560K to promote the industry upgrade.
F560K adopts CTT (Cell to TWh) cell solution, which effectively balances safety and economy, and redefines ESS with the three advantages of "Easier, Safer and Super Economic", which can effectively meet the trend of TWh era and solve the problems of management complexity, thermal runaway and economy in the era of large-scale power plants.
Easier - LF560K enables efficient integration of the system, reducing the number of integrated parts of the Pack by 47%, increasing productivity by 30%, cluster-level modularity, intelligent management, and more convenient operation and maintenance.
Safer - A new generation of “breathable” separator is adopted to effectively reduce the risk of thermal runaway caused by internal short circuit and to guard the safety of the battery cell, while the system level introduces automotive NTP technology to achieve thermal insulation and anti-diffusion, providing comprehensive protection.
Super Economic - By optimizing the structure, minimal design and manufacturing of cells, packs and systems, MR.Big can achieve cost reduction at both the cell and system levels, reducing the first purchase cost of energy storage systems by at least 10%.
During the exhibition, Mr. Jason Eschenbrenner, VP of VP Procurement, and Mr. Michael Hoff, CTT of ABS, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Mr. Oscar Chan, General Manager of EVE Energy Storage's International Sales & Marketing Center , reaching a total strategic cooperation of 23GWh, which will create a more sustainable win-win platform and create a better future for energy storage.
Facing the European smart energy market, EVE actively communicated with experts, scholars and industry leaders from all walks of life.
